New Patent Applications

Filing Fees Notice:  The Patent Office require three separate fees upon filing: 1) a filing fee; 2) a search fee; and 3) an examination fee.  The total fees for a small entity or individual inventor are now a $150 filing fee, a $250 search fee, and a $100 examination fee.  The new Fee Transmittal Form can be obtained below.
